According to the latest update, the Board has decided to conduct the competitive examination for this post through the MCQ–CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) method. Details of the advertisement and the proposed examination have been outlined in the official schedule published by GSSSB.

The Board has confirmed that the examination for the X-Ray Technician post will be conducted via MCQ-CBRT.

The Board has also informed candidates that the Call Letter for the MCQ–CBRT exam will be published soon on the official GSSSB website.

Once released, candidates will be able to download their call letter using their:

• Date of birth

The Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board (GSSSB) has released an important update for candidates who appeared for the Sterilizer Technician, Class-3 recruitment under Advertisement No. 219/2023-24.

The MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) for this post was held on 25 May 2025, and the Board has now published multiple lists after completing the document verification process.

What has been released by GSSSB?

The Board has issued three separate lists for the reference of candidates. These include the final selection list, the waiting list, and the list of candidates who remained absent during document verification.

1. Final Selection List – Annexure A

Candidates who:

• cleared the document verification round,

• met the minimum qualifying criteria,

• and secured their place as per the merit order and category-wise vacancies,

have been included in the Final Selection List.

These candidates are now officially shortlisted for appointment to the post of Sterilizer Technician (Class-3).

2. Waiting List – Annexure B

A category-wise waiting list has also been released.

Candidates who qualified but did not make it to the main merit list have been placed in the Provisional Waiting List based on their scores and the availability of vacancies.

This list may be used for future appointments if selected candidates do not join or if the Board requires additional recruitment.

3. List of Absent Candidates – Annexure C

The Board has further published a list of candidates who were called for document verification but did not appear for the process. These candidates have not been considered for the final or waiting list.

Due to administrative reasons, as per the decision taken by the Board, the examination for Municipal Engineer, Class-3 (Advt. No. 350/2025-26) scheduled on 29/11/2025 has been postponed.
